Full Weekend (Fri–Sun: all meals & activites included)

• With your own horse (BYOH): $485
• Without a horse: $385

Single Day (Sat or Sun – must haul in and out same day-meals & activities included)

• With your own horse (BYOH): $285
• Without a horse: $150

ADD-ONS (for guests bringing their own horse-BYOH):

Outside panel pen for your horse(s): $50
Each additional horse: $50
Add-ons apply only to guests hauling in their own horses. Rental horses do not require add-ons.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

"With your own horse (BYOH)” pricing applies to guests hauling in their own horse. Ranch horse rentals are a separate fee and are not included in campout pricing

RENTAL HORSES (Very Limited Availability)

• $400 per person — first come, first served
• Fee applies for a single day or full weekend and is in addition to the selected “without a horse” campout experience.

PRICING EXAMPLES

• Full weekend with a rental horse:
  $385 (full weekend without a horse) + $400 (rental horse) = $785 total

• Single day with a rental horse:
  $150 (single day without a horse) + $400 (rental horse) = $550 total

PAYMENT DETAILS:

• A separate invoice for the remaining balance due, based on your selections at checkout, will be emailed to you 14-21 days before the campout, and payment is due upon receipt. Your $25.00 reservation deposit will be deducted from the total amount due
• All payments (including reservation deposits, remaining balances and rental horse fees) are non-refundable. If we need to cancel or reschedule a campout for any reason, the amount you’ve paid will be transferable to another scheduled campout date of your choosing.

• Unlimited ranch riding — ride with a group or explore at your own pace
• Hands-on demonstrations and scheduled activities

Single-Day Option (Sat. or Sun. — must haul in and out same day)

• Unlimited ranch riding — ride with a group or explore at your own pace
• Full access to scheduled activities

For Guests Bringing Horses

• Outside panel pens are available
• Hay and water provided
• Please bring your own water bucket and any specialty feed

Cancellations, Payments & Transfers

A $25 reservation deposit is required to hold your spot and is non-refundable. If a campout is canceled by us, or if your plans change, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future campout.

The remaining balance will be billed separately prior to the start of the campout and is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Once final payment has been made, refunds are not guaranteed. If you are unable to attend, we encourage transferring your registration to a future campout date. Any refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and, if approved, issued at our discretion.

Weather & Ranch Conditions

Campouts are held rain or shine when conditions are safe. In the event of severe weather, fire risk, or unsafe ranch conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, and participants will be transferred to a future campout date or issued a credit.
