At NonPareil Ranch and Trading Company LLC, we want you to love what you purchase from us. Our handcrafted pieces are designed to bring lasting joy and become cherished heirlooms for generations to come.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving your item to discuss your options. We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for any non-custom item, as long as it meets the conditions below.

After 7 business days, all sales are considered final.

Return Eligibility:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• All returned items will be inspected and verified for authenticity and condition before exchange or store credit is issued

Please note: Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
