A Weekend of Western Cowgirl Fun

Saddle up for an unforgettable experience! Join us for a full weekend of adventure from Friday to Sunday, or drop in for a single day – with or without a horse. The choice is yours!

You will receive an invoice 14 to 21 days before the campout date you chose and will include the remaining balance due for all options you selected with your deposit. Payment is due immediately and is non-refundable. Unpaid invoices will result in the loss of your $25 reservation deposit and your campout reservation.

Full Weekend Experience (Friday-Sunday)

*Full weekend experience rate is fixed and does not change based on arrival or departure times. 

What’s Included:

• All meals for the weekend
• Weekend camping under the open sky
• Unlimited ranch riding – ride with a group or explore at your own pace
• Hands-on demonstrations and scheduled activities
• Alfalfa hay for your horse (if applicable)

Pricing:

• With a Horse: $385.00 per person 
• Without a Horse: $235.00 per person 

Single-Day Option (Saturday or Sunday)

*Must haul in and out on the same day.

What’s Included

Pricing:

• With a Horse: $185.00 per person 
• Without a Horse: $115.00 per person 

ADD-ONS:

• Outside panel pen for your horse available for an additional $50.00 fee (limited availability). Hay and water provided, please bring your own water bucket.
• You are welcome to bring your own portable panel system or use our highline for free~just let us know. 
• Additional Horse $50.00
• Rental Horse $400.00 (very limited supply)

Ranch Supper & Campfire Social (Friday or Saturday Night)

• $75.00 per person

Prices:
All prices are subject to change at any time.

Minimum Participants:
Campouts require a minimum of 8 paid participants. If the minimum is not met, that month’s camp will be canceled and your registration may be transferred to a future available date.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 30 days of the campout are non refundable and can be transferred to another available campout date only.

If weather requires us to cancel, your registration may be transferred to another available campout date. No refunds will be issued.
